2. Why is the food unevenly chopped? This could be because you've chopped too much food at a time, or the pieces are too big. Cut the food into smaller pieces. Don't put too little food, or if the food sticks to the wall of the bowl while in use, you need to open the lid and scrape it off before using it again.

3. Why is the chopped food too fine or watery? The food has been over-processed. Use brief pulses or process the food for a shorter time. If you're chopping a salad, it's fine under two or three pulses.

4. Why doesn't the food processor work after it gets too hot? The product is protected against overheating. If it loses power due to overheating, unplug it and wait 20 minutes, and it will work absolutely fine again.
